free of charge at our Pension Margretenhof.

Late arrivals or early departures: Should you arrive late or need to leave early for any reason, you will be charged according to your reservation.

Spa is an essential part of good holidays! Visit the fitness & spa area of our partner hotel, the Tirolerhof, which is only 500m from our hotel, at reduced prices. The offer includes among other things: a hot whirlpool, indoor pool, two saunas, Turkish steam bath, infrared sauna, fitness equipment, 100m²-large sunbathing lawn.

TO THE SPA AREA 
 ALPENHOTEL TIROLERHOF

As a guest of our house you have the opportunity to book half-board service. The 4-course dinner with salad bar can be enjoyed at our partner hotel, the Tirolerhof, which is 500m from our house.

We are happy to inform you on the availability and prices!

In addition to our bed and breakfast we also run a small farm. In the neighbouring stables we breed Arabian horses with passion and offer a small number of horse owners the possibility to  accommodate their horses.

Of course our guests can visit the stables and the animals. But we do not offer “farm holidays”. It is unfortunately not possible to ride our horses.  

1. The accommodation contracts can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee by unilateral declaration by a contract partner, no later than three months before the agreed arrival date of the guest.
2. Outside the period specified in (1.) a withdrawal by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees: up two one month before the arrival date 40% of the total arrangement price; up to one week before the arrival date 70% of the total arrangement price; in the last week before the arrival day 90% of the total arrangement price.

It is agreed that the terms and conditons of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.
